The Uganda Scouts Association appointed Owek.Amb.Al-haj Prof.Badru D.Kateregga the Vice-Chancellor of Kampala University to serve as the CHIEF SCOUT OF UGANDA for the next 8 years at Kazi Scouts Camping grounds in Busabala- Wakiso. The function was graced by the Patron of scouts H.E Gen.Yoweri Kaguta Museveni the President of the Republic of Uganda.
