Kampala University To Hold Spectacular Students' Cultural Gala
Different Kampala University Students' Associations are set to participate in the forthcoming 2023 Annual Cultural Gala scheduled to take place on 27th - 30th September 2023 at the University's Nursing and Health Sciences Campus located at Mutundwe Kigagga zone.
Just like the name suggests, the event is aimed at showcasing and celebrating cultural diversity within the Institution which draws Students from across Uganda, the Region, Africa, and the rest of the world.
In what is always a weekend to remember, Students engage in music, dance, drama, fashion and design, modeling, and food exhibitions, all organized in respect to their diverse culture. These students hail from the five Campuses of Kampala University i.e Ggaba, Luweero, Jinja, Masaka and Mutundwe( the host for this year).
The event will be flavoured with live performances of different artistes, outstanding associations will be awarded prizes and gifts, and the best model (Male category) will be crowded Mr Culture whereas Miss Culture for the female category.
