Kampala University won the Court case against the alleged Juba College students . The High Court in Kampala has cleared Kampala University over refusal to graduate about 921 students enrolled at Juba College in South Sudan after it suspended operations there. Management continues to reiterate that it suspended the KU Juba College -South Sudan on the 23rd day of January 2017. Therefore, all its operations including admissions, collection of tuition and studies are irregular and thus illegal.
