Masaka Campus

Settled in the heart of Masaka City, Kampala University - Masaka Campus stands as an inspiration of academic excellence and regional empowerment. Established in 2002, this dynamic satellite campus was founded by Owek.Al-haj Amb.Prof.Badru Dungu Kateregga with a strategic mission: to train and equip civil servants and professionals from the southwestern region of Uganda, particularly the greater Masaka area and its surroundings.

Conveniently located in New Kkumbu, within the Kimanya-Kabonero Division, the campus is easily accessible, just a few meters from Masaka Recreation Grounds along the Masaka-Kyotera Road. Its prime location not only provides a serene learning environment but also keeps students connected to the vibrant pulse of the city.

As the first private university campus to be established in Masaka, Kampala University, Masaka Campus, has played a pioneering role in shaping the academic landscape of the region.
