Dr. Peninnah Beinomugisha

Dean School of Education

Dr. Peninah Beinomugisha is an accomplished educationist and administrator with over 15 years of experience in higher education leadership, curriculum development, pedagogical training, and research supervision. She holds a PhD in Management Science (Educational Management and Administration) and has served in various academic leadership roles across Uganda and Tanzania.

Currently serving as the Dean of the School of Education at Kampala University, Dr. Beinomugisha is responsible for overseeing academic programs, staff performance, curriculum implementation, and strategic planning. Her prior roles include Head of Department and Deputy Director of Academic Affairs at Kampala International University (Tanzania), Head of Department at St. Joseph University of Science and Technology (Tanzania), and Associate Consultant at Uganda Management Institute.

Dr. Beinomugisha is a seasoned lecturer at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in areas such as Educational Management, Curriculum Studies, Research Methodology, and Educational Psychology. She has published several peer-reviewed research articles focusing on gender in education leadership, education quality, and policy.

She is also actively involved in community education initiatives and professional development seminars for educators and has presented at both national and international conferences. Her academic and administrative work is driven by a strong commitment to educational equity, leadership development, and academic excellence.
