Applications & Reporting Dates for December In-Service / Holiday Programme 2025
Kampala University wishes to remind the public that the December In-Service / Holiday Programme 2025 will commence on Saturday, 6th December 2025, across all its campuses. The Office of the Academic Registrar confirms that admissions are still open and invites all interested applicants to apply for this unique, flexible, and affordable programme.
The In-Service Programme plays a crucial role in supporting working students, offering learning opportunities that accommodate their busy schedules without interrupting employment. It allows students to enhance their skills, pursue academic advancement, and upgrade their qualifications while remaining active in the workforce.
This programme further promotes:

Admitted students are encouraged to report to their respective campuses on 6th December 2025. Application forms are available at all campuses ie Ggaba Main Campus, Mutundwe, Jinja, Masaka and Luweero, at regional offices and on the university’s official platforms for those that haven’t applied.
