The Bachelor of Human Resource Management (BHRM) programme provides students with knowledge and skills in managing human capital in organizations. It covers critical areas such as recruitment, training, performance management, labor laws, and industrial relations.

Entry Requirements
Direct Entry: Two principal passes at UACE or equivalent.
Diploma Entry: A diploma in human resource management or a related field from a recognized institution.
Mature Age Entry: Candidates must be at least 25 years old and pass a mature age examination.
Higher Education Certificate (HEC): Must have passed a relevant HEC accredited by NCHE with a distinction or credit.
