The Bachelor of Public Administration programme is designed to equip students with knowledge and skills in governance, policy implementation, and administrative leadership. It prepares students for careers in public service, local government, and administrative management in various organizations.

- To produce graduates who are self-reliant and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- To train students to think critically and communicate effectively in governance and public administration.
- To expose students to contemporary concepts, tools, and techniques of public administration and management.
- To develop professionals who uphold ethical and social values in public administration.
- To equip students with competencies necessary to manage social and economic development at various levels.

Entry Requirements
- Direct Entry: Two principal passes at A’ Level in relevant subjects, with at least five passes at O’ Level in one sitting.
- Diploma Entry: A relevant diploma from a recognized institution with a credit or its equivalent.
- Mature Age Entry: Candidates must be at least 25 years old and have passed a mature age examination from an NCHE-recognized center.
- Higher Education Certificate (HEC): A relevant HEC accredited by NCHE with a distinction or credit.
