The BSc Agriculture with Education programme is designed to train students in both agricultural sciences and pedagogy to enable them to teach agriculture in secondary schools and teacher training colleges. The programme equips students with technical agricultural knowledge and teaching methodologies.

The programme is based on the philosophy that agricultural education is key to transforming agricultural production, ensuring food security, and improving rural livelihoods through practical and theoretical knowledge.

Entry Requirements
Direct Entry: Two principal passes in Agriculture and Biology at UACE.
Diploma Entry: A second-class Diploma in Agriculture or a related field.
Mature Age Entry: Pass in the Mature Age entry examination.
Entry into Year Two: Second-class Diploma holders may join Year II if they have transferable credits.
