The Diploma of Human Resource Management aims to equip students with essential knowledge and skills in workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, and organizational behavior. The programme is designed to produce competent professionals capable of managing and developing human resources in both public and private sectors.
Objectives
- To provide students with professional competencies required for effective human resource management.
- To impart managerial knowledge and skills needed to add value to human resource functions.
- To equip students with the ability to assess, monitor, and develop HR policies and programs.
- To enable students to understand and respond to the evolving demands of employees in various work environments.

Entry Requirements
- Direct Entry: At least two principal passes or one good principal pass at A’ Level in relevant subjects.
- Certificate Entry: A recognized certificate in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Mature Age Entry: Candidates must be at least 22 years old and have passed a mature age examination from an NCHE-recognized center.
