Overview

The Diploma of Human Resource Management aims to equip students with essential knowledge and skills in workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, and organizational behavior. Entry Requirements

  • Direct Entry: At least two principal passes or one good principal pass at A’ Level in relevant subjects.
  • Certificate Entry: A recognized certificate in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Mature Age Entry: Candidates must be at least 22 years old and have passed a mature age examination from an NCHE-recognized center.
