The Diploma in Industrial and Fine Arts (DIFA) provides students with training in various artistic concepts and practical experiences to meet market demands. The programme aims to develop professionals in industrial design and fine arts with skills in creative expression, communication design, and product development.
Objectives
- To produce professional and self-motivated industrial designers capable of developing and interpreting design concepts.
- To develop practical skills in the use of local materials, tools, and production techniques.
- To carry out research and understand the principles and elements of design and their use in product design.
- To equip students with the ability to communicate ideas visually and apply artistic creativity in industrial production.

Entry Requirements
- Direct Entry: Two principal passes at A’ Level, with one being in Fine Art.
- Certificate Entry: A certificate in Art-related areas from a recognized institution.
- Mature Age Entry: Candidates must be at least 22 years old and have passed a mature age examination from an NCHE-recognized center.
