Procurement And Logistics

The department of procurement and logistics management is directly under the school of business and management studies.

The department operates in four campuses of the university, namely; Ggaba, Luweero, Jinja and Masaka. There are three programs managed in this department. These include the following;

• Bachelor of Procurement and logistics management • Diploma in Procurement and logistics management

• Certificate in Procurement and logistics management Currently, the staff strength level stands at seven (7) highly experienced lecturers in the fields of procurement, supply chain and logistics management. The department is managing a multinational and cultural diverse classroom environment comprising of learners from Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, Somalia, South Sudan, Zanzibar, Congo and Sudan, among others.

As a department, emphasis has been put on flipped classroom, active learning and discovery learning.
